A Note To My Gentle Readers...

Hello, Everyone, I must apologize for the month-long silence.  I can assure you, I have been very happily busy with cooking, working on recipes, learning from incredibly talented chef mentors and friends, but, I do have one problem.  I am not the most tech savvy guy, and while I can save photos to my computer, I have no idea, after an update, how to retrieve them.  The process I once followed no longer applies.  

What I plan on doing is to post my recipes for you, those I have completed in writing, but, temporarily, with no or few photos.  I apologize for this sincerely!  

Thank You very much for your patience.  I am working on this problem.
